Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders (including express delivery) are posted out on Mondays and Thursdays only. 

Standard postage via Australia Post takes approximately 2-6 business days from time of shipping to arrive. Please contact us if you would like a faster method or if you would like to pay extra for insurance cover.

Items upgraded to Express Post will arrive within approximately 1-3 business days from time of posting.

Orders preceding a public holiday will be shipped on the next shipment day - e.g. when Monday is a public holiday, all orders will be shipped on Thursday. 

International shipping

At this stage I don’t ship internationally but email and potentially we can work something out.
 

Refund Policy

Most of the clothes we sell are vintage or recycled, which means they’ve been loved before. So, they might have a little wear, small marks or pin-holes.. I check everything carefully, and if there’s anything major, we’ll let you know in the item description.

If something is wrong and it wasn’t listed properly, we can give you a refund — but only if the Lucky World Vintage tag is still attached, and you have a receipt. 

We don’t do returns if it doesn’t fit or if you just change your mind.
